We accept all major credit cards for your convenience.

To maintain the highest levels of integrity, we use Helcim to provide the safest and most secure payment processing.  Each client has their own Client Portal to access and manager their payment methods, so Salish Shore Wellness never has your secure card information.  This also gives our clients access to all of their payment history and receipts.

We are happy to announce that we accept most major FSA and HSA cards.  We are also able to provide detailed medical billing receipts upon request, for submission to your FSA or HSA provider. 

To ensure consistent availability of your prescribed weight loss treatment, debit/credit card payment processing is automatically completed every 28 days when your refill is ordered with the pharmacy.

We do have cash payment options available, and we are more than happy to discuss them.  Please contact us for more information. 

Salish Shore Wellness does not bill insurance companies for our services.  Only 1 in 5  major health plans in the U.S. cover GLP-1 Weight Loss treatment, that is a decline from 1 in 4 only a year ago.  And of the those who do have a health plan that potentially would cover weight loss injections, there is typically a long process of Step Therapy (requirement to try other treatments first), strict prior authorizations required, and very limited life time maximum caps. 

There are some options we can help you with!

We do provide detailed medical billing receipts upon request, these can be used to submit for out of pocket expenses to be applied to your annual deductible. Or submitted for use with a Flexible/Health Savings Account. 

You can also have your primary health care provider complete your medical evaluation, and provide you with a written prescription.  We are happy to accept a written prescription from any licensed  U.S. Doctor or NP, and fill your prescriptions for you.
