We understand not everyone is able to travel to our Bellingham Clinic for an in-person experience, so we now offer Virtual Consultations & Doctor Evaluations.

A link to your appointment will be included in the booking confirmation e-mail that is sent to you.
Your virtual visit will be a Zoom Call. Having the Zoom app is not required, but you will need to be on a device that has a compatible web browser.
In order to complete your health questionnaires, please know you current weight and recent blood pressure (typically free at many pharmacies).
During your consultation you will speak with one of our Client Specialist about our treatment plans and your weight loss goals, and schedule your Doctor Evaluation to begin your weight loss journey.
This is your time and we want to make sure we help create a treatment plan that will work for you. Don't be shy!
These appointments typically 15-30 minutes depending on the type of appointment you choose. And are followed by a 10 minute phone call with your Client Specialist to finalize everything.
You will receive an entire 30 days supply of medication and all supplies, every 4 weeks.
Prescriptions are shipped on Tuesdays, with 2 day delivery. All prescriptions are shipped in a thermal envelope with a 72 hour cold pack to protect your medication.
Shipping is $16 monthly
We will follow up with you every few weeks to see how treatment is going and to check in on your weight loss.
We pride ourselves on being client focused, and being easily available for our clients. Even clients who not able to drop by our clinic.

Install Zoom: You can also join through a compatible web browser (Edge/Chrome/Safari)
-Download the Zoom app from the Zoom website or your device’s app store.
-Follow the installation prompts to complete the setup.
-You are not required to create a Zoom account in order to join your virtual meeting
Test Your Equipment:
-Make sure your computer, tablet, or smartphone is working well.
-Check your internet connection to ensure it’s stable.
-Test your camera and microphone to ensure they’re functioning correctly. You can do this by opening Zoom and starting a test meeting.
Prepare Your Space:
-Find a quiet, well-lit area for your appointment.
Familiarize Yourself with Zoom Features:
-Mute/Unmute: Use the microphone icon to mute or unmute yourself.
-Video On/Off: Use the camera icon to turn your video on or off.
Join the Meeting:
-The link to your appointment is in the Booking Confirmed email you received after booking your appointment. At the scheduled time, click the link "join appointment" in your e-mail and then the "Join Meeting" button.
-If prompted, enter the Meeting ID and Passcode provided in your email.
Troubleshooting Tips:
-If you have trouble connecting, try restarting your device or checking your internet connection.
-For additional help, Zoom offers support resources that can guide you through common issues.
